The MS Word has high potential of new attack by viruses, therefore be careful to open Word document on MS Windows from mysterious source. Microsoft has alerting about that on they sites.
The holes of security are identified from ‘Jet Database Engine’ that has been used on many Microsoft products, but the dangers are not significant like Microsoft said.
Microsoft does not tell about when they will repair the security bugs, but they will include it to update security Windows release is possible.
Many MS Words version are high risk indicated these viruses like 2000, 2002, 2003, and 2007 versions, but can not effected for MS Windows Vista or Server 2003 because they have advance ‘Jet Database Engine’.
